Last 25th September, IFAD invited IICD and CTA to present their experience on how ICT can attract young people to farming. These 2 institutions  demonstrated the positive impacts of using ICT on young people and their communities. They gave examples of different services offered by ICT to and by young farmers and service providers. They showed how access to ICT stimulates innovative production amongst youngsters, changes their image of farming and increases their social status.
