“Knowledge and skills I`ll learn through online mentoring program for young women entrepreneurs will enable me to make contribution in the society and in some sense bring change for girls and women”, adds Sitora.

Her project idea on “Save the talent” aims to :

  • Develop entrepreneurship, soft and employability skills of women and girls both in urban and rural areas;
  • Train edupreneurs who will support and teach women in their societies;
  • Promote agriculture among youth, educate women and girls living in rural areas to the business of cultivating soil, producing crops, raising livestock and farming;
  • Inter-institutional linkages between societies of  women, youth and policymakers;

Today, there is much more reliance on the agricultural market than in the past decades. Issues of what to do to reduce poverty, increase profit   from   agricultural   production,  employment   and   widen  consumers` choice are still to be answered.  Sitora believes that her project idea will increase number of social enterprises, food production; farms led by women will result in improvement life standards of poor families in rural areas, create new workplaces, and decrease number of unemployment among youth and women in rural and urban areas.
