The mission of Young Professionals for Agricultural Development (YPARD) is to serve as a global platform through which young professionals can express their ideas and realize their full potential towards a dynamic agricultural research for development.
Every four years, YPARD undertakes a review to examine the evolutions in the network and provide suggestions for where further efforts should be concentrated. In May 2017, YPARD commissioned a research team from the Royal Tropical Institute (KIT) in The Netherlands to undertake the review which will inform the development of the next strategic plan and act as a tool for fundraising. The KIT team currently conducting a survey to get the views from the members. The survey builds upon the 2016 members survey (which was disseminated in January 2017).
