INRA is recruiting 19 PhD students on contracts offering particularly attractive remuneration, contract duration and training conditions.
Two types of contract are proposed:
Associate Scientists on Contract
Associate Scientists on Contract (ASC) are recruited to carry out a PhD at INRA on subjects combining modelling and agronomic issues. It is a three-year contract which can be renewed once, on condition that the person successfully obtains his/her thesis.

Young Scientist Contracts
These contracts are part of a partnership between INRA and a graduate school or INRIA (French National Institute for Research in Computer Science and Control). Its initial duration is 3 years and the contract can be renewed for 2 more years including a period abroad.

Each year, INRA finances or co-finances 400 contracts and hosts 1800 PhD students in its units.
