Become a mentor for the YEUFRAS-YPARD Young Advisors Mentoring and Training Program!
If you are an experienced Rural Advisor or Specialist, and are interested in passing on your knowledge to youth interested in Agriculture, this is for you!
Our program will offer training and mentoring to young advisors in the European region with a focus on sustainable and just food systems, as well as the opportunity to practice hard and soft skills that can offer young advisory agents the tools to have an effective and rewarding career in extension and advisory services.
For this purpose we will pair you with a maximum of two mentees, ensuring an individual approach.
The duration of the program, that will be launched this November 2022, is 10 months, and you are expected to invest approximately 3hrs/month. when the meetings are happening, depends on when you and your mentees see fit!
