The Faculty of Agriculture and Natural Resources, University of Namibia, is looking for a Professor in the Department of Crop Science (Ogongo campus).
Job Description:
- Teach at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
- Supervise MSc and PhD students.
- Provide quality leadership and promote capacity building at Departmental and Faculty level.
- Engage in research, publication and community service.
Requirements:
PhD in Crop Science/Agronomy wit at least 3 years teaching experience at Professor level, a satisfactory record of teaching, reserach, publication and service to academic and wider community. Experience in running crop production projects at national and community levels would be an added advantage.
