The CTA invites journalists who are nationals of the ACP (Africa, Caribbean, Pacific) developing countries to compete for participation in an international conference on ICT in agriculture, scheduled for November 2013 in Rwanda. In addition to financial support for travel and accommodation at the conference, each winner will receive 1 thousand. Unpublished case studies about ICT in agriculture (English or French) must be submitted before 15 August 2013. See link here.
