In collaboration with partners in India and Bangladesh, IUCN announces Water Futures II as a two-week short course in October-November 2014 on issues related to transboundary water management between the two countries. The program is open in both Bangladesh and India to young professionals, environmentalists, scholars, activists, journalists, creative artists, researchers from water resources and environmental disciplines, young diplomats, and young policy makers. The deadline for applications is 10 September 2014.
