Her expertise in digital communication has been instrumental in enhancing operational efficiency and strategic coordination during her tenure as Platforms Development Assistant at the Uganda Agribusiness Alliance. In this capacity, she leveraged digital tools to support team coordination, stakeholder engagement, risk management, monitoring and evaluation, and robust reporting and accountability systems.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, Ednah made a notable contribution to public health communication by recording and sharing the real-life stories of frontline health workers. Through compelling and empathetic storytelling, she helped humanize the crisis, build public trust, and promote vaccine uptake across communities. Her narratives highlighted the resilience and sacrifice of health workers, positioning them as vital pillars in the national COVID-19 response.
Beyond communications, Ednah is deeply passionate about enhancing the capacity of individual farmers, exporters, and agribusinesses to meet both national and international standards and regulatory requirements. She actively advocates for compliance with frameworks such as GLOBAL G.A.P., the Codex Alimentarius (CODEX), and the Compliance, Social, and Sustainability Standards for Development (CSSSD), helping agribusiness stakeholders improve market access and ensure food safety.
