The Young Professionals’ Platform on Agricultural Research for Development (YPARD) and the Youth Organizations related to Agricultural Research for Development (ARD) in the world

Study aim
The study aims at having the most complete picture as possible of the Youth Organizations acting all over the world in a domain linked to ARD. The organizations could be local, regional or international and acting at various level. The organizations could have various type of ‘Youth’ members, having any role in NGOs, Farmers’ Organizations, Governmental Organizations, International and Local Research Centres, and have the most various reach, modus operandi, outputs, visibility, etc. The organizations could be reached through their website, but the study aims at reporting also the existence of organizations that may be less known or less visible because they do not have a website.

On the basis of the identified Youth Organizations, the second aim of the study is to identify and analyse the existing commonalities between YPARD and these Youth Organizations and to clearly identify the added-value of YPARD
