YPARD has organized a survey last March 2011 in preparation of the developement of a mentoring program for young professionals in Agricultural Research for Development (ARD)
YPARD is looking to promote a 2-way mentoring process, which benefits both parties.
The purpose of this survey was to assess the professional needs of YPARD members, their mentoring needs, preferences, experiences, and new ideas on mentoring.
